My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was excellent, being within walking distance to the downtown village and close to the lakefront beach, the rooms were disappointing, dark, and cramped with no phone or alarm clock. The service was average, and the dining options varied in quality. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's convenient location was a standout feature.

Staying in a lake view room felt like having my own cozy cabin, although the decor could use an update. The rooms were always clean and comfy with a charming Adirondack feel. The location is superb, right in the village with access to the lakefront beach and all the attractions, yet it needs a bit of cleanup from the ducks. The dining was convenient but cash-only, forcing me to explore other options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor quirks.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The room, while having only a limited view of the lake, was incredibly spacious with plenty of natural light. The location couldn't be better, being just a stone's throw away from all the action in the village. The dining options were somewhat lacking, but the overall experience was great.
